FAQs
What does brand creation include?
Depending on what you need, it can include the visible elements that set you apart, messaging that tells your story, and naming for your brand or products.
How does the design process work?
It starts and ends with you. We take the time to understand your business, your values, your point of difference and where you’re headed, then turn all of that into your brand.
Do you only design customer-facing brands?
No. We design internal and employer brands as well as market-facing ones.
How long does a brand project take?
It depends on the scope. A logo refresh moves faster than a full brand with messaging, naming and guidelines. We’ll give you an estimated timeline in your proposal, and how quickly feedback comes back on your side makes a big difference too.
What files will I receive at the end?
You’ll receive your final logo files in the formats you need for print and digital, including vector files (EPS, SVG, PDF) and PNG/JPG for everyday use, in full colour, single colour and reversed versions. Depending on your package, this can also include a brand guide covering colours, fonts and logo usage. If your brand uses a commercial font, you may need to purchase your own licence, and we’ll let you know if that’s the case.
